In 1979 Roger Tinker and Lester Martin founded Star Pest Control in Macon
Georgia.

Roger left Macon moving to Columbus Georgia to help care for his wife’s
grandparents.

In 1987 Roger founded ALL STAR PEST CONTROL  and now serves as the
General Manager.

From the very beginning Roger required all employees to attend Friday
morning training classes every week. This practice is still rigidly enforced
today.

Roger Tinker is quoted saying , “ The only way to provide the very best
service for our clients is to have the very best trained technicians. “

Roger is a past President of the Georgia Pest Control Association. Currently
Roger serves as President of the Columbus - Phenix City Pest Control
Association.

For many years Roger taught Pest Control and Termite courses to hundreds
of technicians all over the state of Georgia for the Georgia Pest Control
Association. Roger is also an approved trainer for the State of Alabama and
has taught many technicians from Alabama and Georgia for the Columbus –
Phenix City Pest Control Association.
